X-mas competition results!

In December 2009, we offered our customers in USA the chance to win a Christmas gift basket worth $250 for some feedback on our services.

We are very pleased with the survey’s high response rate and excellent feedback from our customers. The responses of the survey overall were positive. Almost 90% of our customers rated BCF’s service as excellent or above average.
