"Have your say" competition winners

In April we ran a competition where a group of our customers from the UK, Ireland and the USA were invited to complete a questionnaire with the possibility of winning a prize.

Congratulations to Helen Gould from the Old Hall Vet Centre in Cumbria UK, and Dr. Shane Moe from Clark Fork Vet Clinic in Montana USA, who are our winners!

Helen will receive £250 in Amazon vouchers while Dr. Moe will be able to enjoy a state of the art satellite navigator for his car worth $250.

COMPETITION'S AIM
The aim of the competition was to keep developing our knowledge of customer needs and identify possible opportunities of improvement. As an innovative company, it is essential to be close to our customers and learn what matters most to them. This information helps us to innovate in ways that are valuable to our customers.

NEW SECTION 
For that same reason, we have also decided to set up a new section on our website to open a communication channel where, not only customers like Helen and Dr. Moe, but any visitor to our website can tell us anything they want. We look forward to hearing from you!
