1. Call service center in UK, USA or your distributor if you are having problems with any of your equipment. A service specialist will assess the problem and provide troubleshooting advice and then determine if you need to send in your equipment.

2. Send your equipment to the service center in your country. Please include your contact information with your equipment.

3. Once we received your equipment we will complete repairs and in most cases in UK and USA send it back the same day we receive it.
